Mr Han Qiao Wen was born in February 1952, who is a senior economist and has postgraduate degree. He graduated from Fudan University, East China Normal University and East China University of Politics science and Law in the early time, majoring in Industrial economy, finance and economics, economic Law, and the world economic system. He worked as an assistant in Shanghai Second Law Firm between 1983 and 1985. He joined Shanghai Sixth Law Firm from 1985 to 1994 where he served as a lawyer. In 1994, he established Shanghai Qiao Wen Law Firm.
Mr Han, who has a solid foundation of legal services, a comprehensive economics, management, accounting, finance and investment knowledge and a wealth of practical experience, has a unique and progressive style of handling cases. Since he established the firm, he continues to advise medium-sized companies, enterprises, industry associations, national and local government departments, agent act litigation, arbitration and more than 1,000 non-defendant cases. Meantime, he serves as a long-term legal advisor for the Shanghai Industrial Economic Federation, providing services involved in the field of trade, investment, finance, securities, real estate, property rights, companies, debt, intellectual property, investment, overseas investment and World Trade Organization affairs.
